POSITION OVERVIEW   
The Executive Associate provides high-level administrative support and helps operationalize and manage CEO-led sales opportunities. The person in this role will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide project, operational, and technical support across a wide range of disciplines inside the organization. This position requires outstanding communication and follow up, interpersonal and organizational skills, initiative, self-motivation, sound judgment, discretion, respect for confidentiality, ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing professional, client-focused service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties to support the CEO on sales opportunities and projects.
  • Attend tactical, strategic, client, and other meetings with the CEO; take minutes, coordinate next actions, and manage all follow-ups.
  • Help prepare e-mail correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Provide presentation support, including but not limited to department and corporate themes, company-wide meetings, and annual conferences and events.  
  • Lead andor participate in analytical studies, research studies, and other special projects within all organizational disciplines.
  • Interpret and communicate strategic vision and key imperatives into structured communication plans.
  • Design, organize, and conduct comprehensive management of projects with ambiguous and changing requirements, driving all projects to completion.
  • Develop a working knowledge of business objectives as well as operational systems and processes for reporting and other purposes. 
  • React and improvise as necessary and work independently as well as with explicit direction. 
  • Travel and other ad hoc duties as required.


QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting-based role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and translate knowledge to new situations.
  • Ability to multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion.
  • Ability to effectively cope with change and maintain focus.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across a variety of cultures.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and problem solve to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity to handle confidential/sensitive information.
  • A strong customer service acumen and interest and passion for technology.
